Dear Clients who own the "Fix" account type,
Due to the termination of the outdated "Fix" account type, your account will be transferred to a different trading server on July 27-28, 2024.
Starting from 00:00 July 29, 2024 (server time), you should use the new server name to connect to the terminal: NordFX-Real4.
Your password for both the trader's cabinet on the website and the trading terminal will remain unchanged.
Please note that your trading account will be a "Pro" type (https://nordfx.com/trading-account-pro.html) from the specified time.
Please note:
Due to the technical limitations of the MetaTrader 4 Platform, previous trading history will be unavailable after the transfer. All open positions and balance will be transferred in their original form, but the ticket (ID) of the position may be changed. Please bear this in mind when using trading advisors (EAs) and scripts, and keep in mind the change in trading account type, which affects some characteristics of trading instruments.
Also trading operations, deposits and withdrawals may be unavailable during the specified period.
